Heather’s extensive development experience includes overseeing all aspects of the development process, including acquisition, entitlement, design, and construction management, for mixed-use, residential, office, retail, and hotel projects in urban environments. Her expertise includes the acquisition and development of federal, state, and local Government assets and specialized mission-critical facilities for private institutions. As a leader in her field, Heather has managed new construction, base building renovations, single family home renovations, and commercial tenant improvements of more than 3.1 million square feet and more than $900 million in value.
